LEVEL UP (“the App”) turns daily habits into an RPG. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account data — If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier and display name via Firebase Authentication.
• Game progress — Character stats, quest completions, streaks, inventory/cosmetics, and journey progress stored in Cloud Firestore when you use a Google account, or on your device when you play as Guest.
• Device preferences — Local settings such as music volume and reminder toggles (on-device only).
• Advertising — If you watch a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may collect device advertising identifiers per Google’s policies.
• Purchases — Gem packs are processed by Google Play. We store a purchase token on your save so the same receipt cannot grant gems twice.

How we use data

We use this information solely to operate the App: save progress, authenticate you, restore your adventure across devices (signed-in users), optionally show rewarded ads, and fulfill gem purchases you buy through Google Play. Signed-in players may appear on a public power ranking (name, class, combat stats). Ranked duels are fought against a snapshot of those published stats — we do not read another player’s private quests, and a duel does not change the other player’s save.

Storage & processors

Cloud features use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Guest mode keeps progress on your device and is not uploaded until you choose Google Sign-In and migration succeeds.

Your choices

• Continue as Guest without creating an account.
• Sign out or delete account / wipe local guest data from Settings.
• Limit ad personalization in your device’s Google advertising settings.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the App if you are under the age required by your local laws for this type of service.
